Calibration

Imperial Metrology, Inc. offers ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited calibrations on a wide variety of measurement and test equipment. Our climate controlled laboratory and experienced technicians insure a high level of accuracy on all your calibrations.

We calibrate all types of hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gages and "hard gaging" such as thread gages, cylindrical rings, plugs, and even tapered gages such as NPT thread plug and thread ring gages.

We also calibrate electronic items such as DMM, power supplies, oscilloscopes, panel meters, AC and DC Voltage, AC and DC Current, Hz, Ohms, ground testers, temperature, capacitance, signal generators, and much, much more!

Our physical/mechanicals calibrations include such items as, pressure gages and transducers, vacuum gages, torque wrenches and torque analyzers, durometers, Rockwell /Superficial and micro-hardness testers, force gages, tachometers. We also calibrate optical comparators, vision systems and microscopes.

We utilize commercially available gage management software and maintain your records for a minimum of 5 years. We can provide Certificates of Calibration in several formats, including hard copies, PDF or word documents. This allows you the customer to receive certificates in electronic format via email or disk.
